REFERRAL PROCESS

We accept referrals from local authorities, social workers, probation services, housing teams, NHS services and other professional agencies. We also consider self‑referrals where appropriate and subject to suitability assessment. 

How to Refer

Submit a referral form

2. Provide supporting information

   • Risk assessment

   • Support needs

   • Relevant history

   • Agency involvement

Assessment & Suitability Review  

3. We assess whether our accommodation is appropriate and safe for the individual.

Decision & Placement Offer  

4. If suitable, we issue a placement confirmation and move‑in plan.

Move‑In & Induction  

5. Residents receive a welcome briefing, house rules, and support introduction.

Placement Criteria

• Ability to engage with support

Professional Communication

We maintain clear, timely communication with referrers throughout the placement.
